Unstiff is built for people who are tired of vague wellness advice and need something more practical: what to eat today, what to do next, and how to stay steady when energy, pain, or routine starts slipping.
Chronic stiffness and inflammation can make simple daily choices feel heavier than they should. We kept seeing people collect advice from articles, clinicians, forums, and social media, but still struggle with the same question: what should I actually do today?
We started talking with people living with inflammatory back pain, autoimmune conditions, and recurring stiffness, alongside clinicians and coaches who support them. The pattern was consistent: people did not need more noise. They needed structure.
Unstiff grew from that gap. Instead of building another app that asks for endless logging, we focused on a calmer experience built around anti-inflammatory meal planning, practical daily tasks, and routines that are easier to repeat.
